Advertising Options & Costs:

Advertising on CFRO is a no brainer, you are sending out your message to an audience that is virtually guaranteed to be a potential customer.  This site caters for nothing other than digital forensics, so the people that are here are most likely to be your target audience.

Further more, these ads are not tied to any server or tracking system, they are simple jpeg's that sit on our server - so ad ad blockers won't strip them from the page.

Option 1 - Home Page Banner Advertisement:

This is the most prominent place to advertise your product, all visitors to the site will see this advert - see the example for Blobbysoft below....

Due to high demand, maximum ad duration is 12 months to give all vendors a fair chance at displaying ads.

Option 2 - Reviews Index Landing Page:

Grab peoples attention whilst they choose which review they want to read, this is the second most popular page and data shows people linger on this page for quite some time.

Maximum ad duration is 3 months.

Option 3 - Review Banner Advert:

This is one for the cheeky marketer, place your banner advert at the top of the review of your choice.  An ideal way to tempt readers to click your advert to see what your product can offer them over that being reviewed, or an ideal place to advertise a special offer.

Maximum ad duration is 3 months.

Option 4 - Vendor Links and Special Offers:

Everyone likes special offers, this section of the website will be very popular, so why not reach out to potential customers here!

Advertise you company here, in alphabetical order - with a small paragraph of text explaining any special offers you may have along with your company logo and a link to a web-page of your choice.

This is not a news feed or blog for your company, it is restricted to offers that you currently have running which will give our readers money off your products and services.

What else is included?

1. We will directly link to any reviews of your products that have been reviewed on CFRO.

No limit on duration - its free, but only vendors who have had their product reviewed can be listed here.

Advertising Terms & Conditions

1. Banner shown is a crude example, vendors must provide their own artwork (to our size specifications).  Only static .JPG or.PNG formats accepted which are stored on our server, no telemetry or hit counts for specific ads are available.  You will provide a URL which will link back to your desired landing page on your website when your banner advert is clicked.

2. We don't allow adverts where we link to a banner on your server, the banner must reside on our server where we can maintain control of is content.

3. Payment for advertising is on account (in advance) and for UK customers VAT will be added, for EU customers who provide a valid VAT number, no VAT will be charged, for US and the rest of the world, no VAT will be charged.

4. Payment from US and Non-EU customers is via Paypal/Credit card and attracts a +6.9% processing fee which will be added to your invoice.

5. Payment from UK/EU customers is via Paypal/Credit card.

6. Refunds for cancellations of adverts is not possible, however we can remove your advert from the site should you require.

7. CFRO reserves the right to reject any adverts that it feels are not of interest to our readers or contain content that conflicts with CFRO in any way shape or form.  

8. CFRO reserves the right to terminate any advertisements, without reason, at any time, without notice.  On such occassions, the remainder of the advertising fee will be refunded.

9. Notifcations of special offers on the whats new page and updates on offers in the vendors links pages will be published on the 1st of each calendar month only.
